Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Coal Kitchen in Gloucester Quays. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and train other team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Assist with the opening and closing of the restaurant, including setting up and cleaning the dining area, bars, and kitchen.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
