Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Coal Kitchen in Gloucester Quays. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and train team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Assist with the opening and closing of the restaurant, including setting up and cleaning the premises.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
