Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager Designate to join our team at Hickory's Smokehouse. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading restaurant operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food
  • Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, providing coaching and training to enhance performance
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience
  • Monitor and control restaurant finances, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting
