Lead Child Protection Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled social worker to join our Children in Care Teams. As a Lead Child Protection Practitioner, you will be responsible for working with complex cases, using your analytical skills to assess risk and make informed decisions. You will also need to mentor less experienced social workers, including new and newly qualified staff, and social work students on placement.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years front-line safeguarding experience, excellent analytical and decision-making skills, and commitment to continuous professional development.
