About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to join our team at Rubicon Consulting. As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems, including electrical panels, PLCs, and LV distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop electrical systems, including electrical panels, PLCs, and LV distribution systems.
  2. Work with production teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to deliver projects on time and to budget.
  4. Develop technical solutions to meet project and customer expectations.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant safety and environmental legislation.
  6. Work towards achieving security clearance to SC level, and possibly DV.
Desirable Requirements
  1. Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
  2. Understanding of EMC practices.
  3. Chartered or Incorporated Engineering status.
  4. MEng qualification.
  5. Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
