Claims Resolution Coordinator

About the Job
This is a full-time position that involves answering inbound calls from customers who require assistance with their policy claims. You will work closely with our nationwide network of recovery agents and colleagues from other departments to ensure that customers receive the best possible service. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, able to build rapport with customers and provide them with the necessary support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers wishing to make a claim on their policy
- Deal with customers in different situations, ranging from vehicles that won't start at home addresses to roadside breakdowns or road traffic accidents
- Offer verbal support and advice to customers regarding their breakdown or motor incident
- Liaise with our nationwide network of recovery agents and colleagues from other departments
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a death-in-service benefit, company pension scheme, and enhanced maternity and paternity leave packages.
