Key Responsibilities

As a Risk Analytics and Modelling Lead, you will design, develop, and maintain effective and compliant statistical risk and decision support models. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing stakeholders with advice and support on model use, impact, and implementation, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Supporting regulatory engagement and internal governance in relation to risk models and frameworks, maintaining a high level of compliance.
  • Developing well-documented models that meet the bank's standards and requirements, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Delivering analytics and performance metrics related to risk models, driving business and customer outcomes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working in a modelling function or quantitative role, preferably in retail or wholesale banking.
  • A degree in a numerate discipline, with a strong background in data-driven analysis and statistical or mathematical modelling.
  • Knowledge of risk systems, methodologies, and processes in banking, as well as experience with programming languages and large datasets.
  • Excellent team working skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
