A leading financial services firm in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Information Security Risk Analyst to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in information security risk management and a strong understanding of relevant security frameworks, including ISO 27001, HMG Cyber Essentials, or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Ensure that security controls are sufficient to safeguard sensitive information systems
  • Assist in detecting information security breaches or tracing the origin of unauthorized access
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assign and track actions to remediate identified security risks

The salary for this role is estimated at £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a hybrid working model position with 3 days per week required in the office.
