As a Practice Learning Facilitator, you will be responsible for providing point of care support, education, training, and guidance for pre-registration healthcare professional learners, newly registered staff during preceptorship, and those clinical staff acting as a supervisor or assessor.
This role requires effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, as well as a highly professional manner and ability to adapt your communication style as required. You should have confidence to offer ideas and views, be willing to learn and develop new skills, and demonstrate flexibility to meet service and role needs.
