Role Profile

We are seeking a Student Achievement Facilitator to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing individualized support and guidance to students with SEN, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Main Responsibilities:
• Work closely with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans for SEN students.
• Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and support.
• Provide academic and personal support to students, helping them to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

Requirements:
• Proven experience working with SEN students in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within designated areas.

Salary Details: The salary for this position ranges from £95-£105 per week.
