Positive Impact Facilitator

This exciting opportunity allows you to support students in achieving their full potential and develop into confident individuals.

As a Positive Impact Facilitator, you will play a vital role in creating a pleasant and supportive learning environment that fosters academic success and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 1:1 and group sessions to support students in developing positive behaviour and social skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and colleagues to set clear goals and objectives for students.
  • Establish strong relationships with students and provide guidance and support to help them overcome challenges.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to meet individual needs.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to drive to work
  • Team Teach or equivalent training is desirable

Salary: £9,500 - £10,500 per annum

Location: Chesterfield, S41
