We are seeking an experienced Principal Environmental Consultant to join our team in the UK. This role will involve managing environmental inputs to large-scale development projects that shape our infrastructure landscape.

Job Overview:
  • This is a leadership position responsible for managing environmental inputs to EIA screening and scoping reports, environmental assessments, and supporting documents.
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead environmental inputs to EIA screening and scoping reports, environmental assessments, and supporting documents.
  2. Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards and comply with rigorous quality management procedures.
  3. Effectively manage resources and budgets for multiple projects.
  4. Work with integrated design teams to enhance environmental outcomes of projects.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary environmental inputs to infrastructure development projects.
  • Excellent understanding of EIA processes, environmental assessment methods, and applicable planning legislation.
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant consenting and licensing regimes.
  • Confidence when engaging with various stakeholder groups.
