We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our Night Team
About the Job
- You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional care to our residents.
- Lead a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery.
About You
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
