Senior Night Carer Opportunity

Crooton is currently recruiting for Night Senior Carers to support our residents' well-being and deliver high-quality care. This role offers flexible scheduling with up to 44 hours of work per week, allowing you to choose from day or night shifts (8pm to 8am) that fit your needs.
The hourly wage for this position is around £14.67, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
This role is situated in the Wells area, BA5.
About the JobWe seek an experienced Night Senior Carer to manage our residents' care requirements and collaborate with our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will lead and motivate our Care Assistants, working closely with our Deputy General Manager.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Mentoring and supervising our Care Assistants
- Assisting the clinical team with medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews

About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Knowledge of geriatric clinical care
- A caring and committed approach to providing individualized care and support
