This role is located in the Wells area, BA5.

About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Night Senior Carer to lead our residents' care needs and collaborate with our clinical team. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating our Care Assistants, working closely with our Deputy General Manager.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring our Care Assistants
  • Providing support to our clinical team with tasks such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews

Crooton aims to create a nurturing environment where every resident feels appreciated and respected.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Understanding of clinical care for the elderly
  • A caring and dedicated attitude towards providing individualized care and support
