Reablement Support Worker Role Overview
Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for a Reablement Support Worker in Luton. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £15.50 (umbrella rate).
Key Responsibilities
As a Reablement Support Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing individual care plans to maximize independence and well-being
* Conducting therapeutic activities and skills practice to improve mobility, daily living skills, and confidence
* Encouraging clients to maintain independence, including decision-making, social contacts, and home safety
* Accurately communicating with clients, colleagues, and senior staff to ensure safe and effective service delivery
Requirements
* Experience working with adults
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain within 12 months
