Financial Invoicing Specialist

About the Position:
We are seeking a Financial Invoicing Specialist to join our team at Pertemps Kettering. This role involves supporting the Financial Control department in accurately processing sales contracts and ensuring customer accounts are maintained in compliance with contractual terms.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process sales contracts and ledger accounts
- Ensure correct allocation of cash to relevant invoices and contracts
- Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for partner or client queries
- Support the financial planning and reporting team as needed
- Verify that financial controls over transactional processes are operating effectively
- Reconcile transactions to account statements
- Compile accurate reports and data for the Head of Finance
About You:
The ideal candidate will be highly numerate, analytical, and possess strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum
