About the Role:
Pertemps Kettering seeks a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to support the Financial Control department in ensuring accurate invoicing of sales contracts. This involves maintaining customer accounts, complying with contractual terms, and obtaining purchase orders. The successful candidate will also collect cash and allocate it correctly to relevant invoices and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process sales contracts and ledger accounts accurately and on time
  2. Ensure correct allocation of cash to invoices and contracts
  3. Provide first-line support for partner and client queries
  4. Support the financial planning and reporting team as needed
  5. Maintain effective transactional controls
  6. Reconcile transactions with account statements
  7. Undertake account maintenance reviews
  8. Compile reports and data for the Head of Finance
