Essential Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree highly valued).
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with expertise in software applications such as Tekla, Tedds, or Robot.
  3. Strong project management and leadership skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and project delivery.
