Job Description
As a Project Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes managing contractual relationships, leading the negotiation, management, and execution of tenders, and overseeing all project operations.

You will work closely with project teams to ensure all timelines and budgetary goals are met, and conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Your expertise in contract law will be essential in navigating legal and regulatory requirements, and you will ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across all sites.

A key aspect of this role will be to apply your expertise in contract law to navigate legal and regulatory requirements, and to ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance, as well as technical knowledge of Civil Engineering / Groundworks. They will also have experience in management & tendering for projects and be an expert in managing complex civil engineering operations. A high level of IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Packages, is also required. Excellent team-working skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential.
