Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Quantification Expert to join our partner's team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a critical role in delivering top-quality projects across the Island of Ireland.

You'll provide commercial expertise to project teams, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and maintaining accurate commercial records. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in commercial management and subcontractor procurement.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development of accurate, timely cost and value reports for project and business units.
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and manage financial resources effectively.
  • Oversee cost management activities, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with project teams to drive commercial strategy and performance.

Requirements: 58 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role. HND or degree qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent). Proven experience in the civil engineering sector. Familiarity with ICE/NEC contracts (NEC3 or NEC4) and knowledge of current Construction Law. Strong background in commercial management and subcontractor procurement, including leading meetings, measurement/control cycles, certificates, and accruals.
