Civil Engineer Project Lead

At Hays, we're working in partnership with a renowned engineering and environmental consultancy company to find a talented Senior Civil Engineer to join their team. Their focus is on providing innovative solutions in water engineering, environmental science, and civil/structural engineering services to clients across various sectors.
Your New RoleThe ideal candidate will lead structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, project requirements, and client expectations. This involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include conducting structural analyses, managing site inspections, and participating in project meetings.
Key Qualifications- A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with expertise in design software such as Tekla, Tedds, Robot, or similar tools.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
The annual salary for this position is negotiable based on experience, offering a competitive compensation package.
