Workforce Development Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nurse or Midwife to join our team as an Adult Educator in the School of Nursing and Midwifery.
The successful candidate will have recent post-registration experience and current knowledge of pre-registration healthcare professional education, and will be able to make a significant contribution to the work-based learning support for apprentices.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a difference in the lives of students.
About the Role:
The Adult Educator will be responsible for supporting the learning and development of apprentices in a work-based setting, working closely with academic staff and healthcare professionals to ensure a high-quality educational experience.
Key Requirements:
- Recent post-registration experience as a Nurse or Midwife
- Current knowledge of pre-registration healthcare professional education
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs to support the needs of apprentices
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Preston, with occasional travel to other campuses
