Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Adults Occupational Therapists and Senior to join our team at Mildmay Oaks, a low secure and locked rehabilitation service for men and women with learning disability and/or autism spectrum disorder.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and co-ordinating the implementation of evidence-based occupational therapy assessment and treatment interventions
- Detailed documentation of each patient's rehabilitation progress
- Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A strong background in occupational therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a comprehensive induction program, and a supportive working environment.
