**Senior Nursing Role - Mental Health Rehabilitation**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse or General Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead Nurse.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to work in a care facility that specialises in supporting individuals with enduring mental health challenges, mild learning disabilities, and acquired brain injuries.

Key Duties:
  1. Work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain regulatory compliance and deliver high-quality care.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of nurses and care staff, ensuring professional excellence.
  3. Supervise care plans, support staff development through supervision, appraisals, and mentoring.
  4. Conduct audits, create improvement plans, and oversee implementation.
  5. Guide care staff during shifts to ensure person-centred care delivery.
  6. Administer prescribed medications safely and manage stock efficiently.
  7. Safeguard residents' well-being through effective care planning and risk management.
  8. Demonstrate expertise in working with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, and brain injuries.
  9. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.
