About the Role

This position involves providing expert psychological counselling services to individuals with mental health concerns. As a clinical rehabilitation psychologist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a PhD in Psychology from an institution approved by the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Current registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario is also required. Relevant clinical practice experience, preferably in an interdisciplinary clinic setting, is essential. Experience working with occupational rehabilitation is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for clients with mental health concerns
  • Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to clients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local public and private healthcare services, as well as community agencies and resources. Ability to work autonomously and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team is essential. Occupational rehabilitation experience and telehealth/virtual care skills are considered assets.
