About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification and previous experience working with children.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. They will work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child's needs
- Develop and maintain strong parent/carer partnerships
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,200- £30,000 per annum, depending on your qualification/s and experience. Other benefits include discounted childcare of 50% for your first child and up to 33 days holiday per year, with the option to buy additional days.
