**Job Title:** Nursery Room Leader
**Estimated Salary:** £18,000 - £22,000 per annum
We are seeking a skilled and caring Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for nurturing and educating children aged 3 months to 5 years in a safe and engaging environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Nurture little learners through daily activities and educational play.
- Create joyful experiences by designing and delivering engaging activities that support children's growth and development.
- Build strong connections with children, parents, and colleagues to support each child's unique journey through the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

**Requirements:**
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare or higher.
- Demonstrate resilience and approach situations with calmness and care.
