Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Nursery Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative practices that enhance the quality of care and education we provide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the strategic direction of our nursery, focusing on continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and external partners to promote a culture of partnership and collaboration.
  • Implement effective systems and processes to monitor and evaluate the impact of new initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff, promoting professional development and growth.

Requirements:
  • A qualified leader with a Level 3 or above Early Years Qualification.
  • Significant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding legal requirements.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications)
