Job Description:
  • Manage the nursery on a daily basis, ensuring outstanding childcare each day.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the performance of staff.
  • Lead all staff CPD and training, including the induction process for new staff.
  • Support the Directors with recruitment across the nursery.
  • Collaborate with the SENCO to develop all children from their own starting points.
  • Deliver an effective and positive ethos across the family-run nursery.
  • Maintain high standards of practice, adhering to EYFS guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:
  • A qualified leader with a Level 3 or above Early Years Qualification.
  • Experience leading a nursery as a manager or deputy manager for at least two years.
  • Proven ability to develop practitioners' knowledge and performance.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience building positive relationships with parents and families.
  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding legal requirements.

Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications)
