Nursery Professional - Early Years Education and Care

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Nursery Professional to join our team at Bright Horizons Chelmsford Day Nursery and Preschool. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to work with children aged 0-5 years, providing high-quality education and care that promotes their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Job Summary:
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities tailored to each child's needs and interests
  • Develop strong relationships with parents/carers through regular communication and updates on their child's progress
  • Promote a safe and healthy environment, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality early years education and care, meeting the needs of each child
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum plans, ensuring alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Requirements:
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery setting
  • Passion for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences
  • Ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,200-£30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include:
