About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Relationship and Performance Analyst to join our team at Homeprotect. As a key member of our supply chain management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our supplier partners deliver optimal customer and claim outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Relationship Management: You will be the primary point of contact for queries and issues with our supplier partners, ensuring alignment on service delivery and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Performance Monitoring: You will review and report on supplier performance against contractual service standards, using management information to generate supplier performance reporting.
  • Root Cause Analysis: You will conduct root cause analysis of process and performance issues to identify the root cause and support the supplier in implementing a recovery plan.
  • Complaint Resolution: You will ensure that any complaints identified have root cause analysis undertaken and appropriate action plans and resolutions put in place.
  • Operational Meetings: You will chair regular operational meetings with the supply chain team to discuss performance, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Procurement Support: You will support the Supply Chain Manager in procurement activities, including market assessment, requests for information, and contract negotiations.
Requirements
  • Experience: You will have experience in a similar supplier management role, preferably in an insurance claims environment.
  • Knowledge: You will have good knowledge of the UK home claims market and be able to analyze detailed management information to understand performance and commercial benefit.
  • Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and strong problem-solving skills to effectively analyze new situations and suggest pragmatic solutions.
