**Exciting Opportunity to Partner with a Global Financial Services Organization**

We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Manager to join our team at Portfolio Procurement. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the sourcing of IT and IS/Software services in the UK and EMEA, with a focus on managed services, service integrations, testing, hardware, and SaaS.

The successful candidate will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across our corporate functions, including IT, Finance, HR, and Legal. Key responsibilities will include:

  • **Market Insight and Analysis**: Continuously maintain and update market insight regarding the IT & IS marketplace, best-practices, trends, key suppliers, and industry developments.
  • **Strategic Planning**: Be proactive and work closely with key stakeholders to generate initiatives to generate operational and commercial efficiency plans and deliver.
  • **Sourcing and Contract Management**: Maintain a rolling sourcing plan covering planned stakeholder initiatives, procurement initiatives, contract renewals, and supplier relationships.
  • **Commercial Acumen**: Maintain a broad understanding of the commercial IT environment and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • **Contract Development and Management**: Develop RFI, RFP documentation content and ensure signature of required confidentiality agreements. Develop and manage contracts with suppliers to meet key performance indicators and agreed targets, taking account of information security of third parties.
  • **Project Delivery**: Deliver strategic IT delivery projects and manage and deliver relevant new contracts and contract renewals.
  • **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT leadership and the wider IT team to work collectively as an internal consultant.

**Requirements**

  • 5 years of experience in IT/Tech procurement.
