We are currently recruiting for a Care Assistant to join our team in Chester-le-Street, United Kingdom. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support in their daily activities.

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to prevent loneliness and isolation">
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, whilst maintaining dignity and respect">
  • Support clients with medication management, including collecting prescriptions and providing reminders">
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences">
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment">
  • Aid clients with mobility, ensuring their safety when moving around their home or attending appointments">
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care">
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions">
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge">

  • Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring mobility and lifting">
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a care setting">
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team">
  • Willingness to undergo necessary training and obtain relevant qualifications">
  • Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided">
  • Valid right to work in the United Kingdom">
