Job Overview:

We are seeking a Virtual CISO Team Manager to join our team at Saepio Information Security. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for building and expanding our M-CISO practice, directly impacting our clients' cyber security posture.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity positions you as team lead within our growing M-CISO practice. You'll play a key role in developing and implementing a long-term vision for the CISO consultancy, aligning with the overall business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a long-term vision for the CISO consultancy, aligning with the overall business objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, expanding our service offerings.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the consultancy team, encouraging continuous learning and development.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Driving the strategic direction of our CISO consultancy services.
  • Nurturing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of innovative security solutions.
  • Building and expanding our M-CISO practice, directly impacting our clients' cyber security posture.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a CISO, with a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • Extensive experience in building and leading high-performing security teams.
  • Strong business acumen and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong client relationship management skills and a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Salary: Competitive (£95,000 - £115,000)
