We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team at Virtual Hub as a Senior Product Development Manager. Based in High Wycombe, this role is perfect for someone who wants to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Overview

This role is focused on leading and supporting defined retail brand development projects. As a key member of our team, you will provide site support across the UK on various projects, working closely with site leaders, production, and packaging teams. Your experience in managing timelines and expectations, combined with your understanding of manufacturing and site technical compliance requirements, will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Creating concepts from briefs in test bakeries, aligned with commercial and marketing objectives
  • Working cross-functionally with site leaders, production, packaging, and other teams to deliver projects on time
  • Managing factory trials, gathering nutritional data, and shelf-life data with support from the wider team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with bakery teams and understanding manufacturing and site technical compliance requirements
  • A proven track record of project delivery and management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 per annum, along with a car allowance of £4,908 per year (£417 per month). You will also receive up to 7.5% pension contribution (if you contribute 6% or more) and 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy additional leave. Additionally, you will have access to up to 15% bonus and enjoy a positive and supportive work environment.
