Bookkeeper/ Administrator Job Description

At Paul Mitchell Associates, we are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Bookkeeper / Administrator. As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, and administering the company's accounts. Your duties will include managing the purchase and sales ledger, processing payments, and providing administrative support to the Managing Director and other staff members. We require someone who is numerate, analytical, and has excellent organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong understanding of payroll and CIS. This is a full-time or part-time position, with a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Flexible working hours are offered, including early Friday finishes.

Requirements:
  • Experience in accounting and administration
  • Strong understanding of payroll, CIS, and purchase/sales ledgers
  • Numerate and analytical with excellent organizational and communication skills
