Financial Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Administrator to join our team at Paul Mitchell Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including accounts, bookkeeping, and payroll. Your duties will involve working closely with the Managing Director and other Accounts staff to ensure accurate financial management. We require someone who is highly organized, motivated, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payroll, CIS, and purchase/sales ledgers. This is a full-time or part-time position, with a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Flexible working hours are offered, including early Friday finishes.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the company's accounts, bookkeeping, and payroll
  • Administer the purchase and sales ledger
  • Process payments via the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and other staff members
