Key Job Details
  • Salary: Approximately £24,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • Working Hours: 35-hour workweek, flexible start and finish times.
  • Benefits: Hybrid working arrangement, 26 days' annual leave (increasing to 31 days with service), one wellbeing day per year, gym discounts, enhanced sick pay, and two volunteering days annually.
Responsibilities
  • Accurately process supplier invoices, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Maintain timely payments in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile supplier statements, resolve discrepancies, and guarantee accurate records.
  • Create customer invoices, ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Closely monitor customer accounts for prompt payment.
  • Solve invoice queries or disputes effectively.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Exhibit strong communication and teamwork abilities.
