Job Description:

We are seeking an Accounting and Administrative Professional to join our team at Paul Mitchell Associates in North Leicester. As a key member of our accounts department, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, including accounts/bookkeeping, payroll, and general office administration.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience in an accounting and administration role, with knowledge of Payroll & CIS being advantageous. You will be able to fit into a busy and successful owner-managed SME business, possessing effective communication skills and good administration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial operations, including accounts/bookkeeping and payroll
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Develop and implement financial procedures to improve efficiency
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
About You:
  • Able to fit into a busy and successful owner-managed SME business
  • Possess demonstrable experience in an accounting and administration role
  • Knowledge of Payroll & CIS would be advantageous
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good administration skills
What We Offer:
  • Appointment Type: Permanent
  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum pro-rata if part-time (subject to experience)
  • Hours: 9-5 Full time, or Part-Time (if part-time 20 hours minimum), Early Friday finish
