Contract Support and Administration Professional

We are seeking a skilled Contract Support and Administration Professional to join our team at JR Personnel.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to work in a small, friendly office environment as part of a national maintenance and refurbishment company.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team.
Duties and Responsibilities- Support the main Admin Department with administrative tasks
- Work closely with Contract and Site Management teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Create and maintain job files, documentation, and health and safety records
- Update project trackers and manage progress reports
- Produce manuals and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Invoice and file tasks, maintaining accurate records
- Perform general office duties and provide administrative support
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration and excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
The salary for this role is approximately £24,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
