Role Overview: As a Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be the key to the dealership's success, driving sales of vans to a diverse clientele. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, fostering long-term relationships with customers and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on the most suitable vehicle options. Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest commercial vehicle models and industry trends.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate sales and close deals while upholding the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with the service, parts, and finance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Market Expansion: Participate in promotional events and activities to expand the dealership's market presence.
Requirements:
- Commercial Vehicle Sales Experience: Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales or a closely related field.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a variety of customers.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
