We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Assistant to join our team in Bristol, North Somerset, or South Gloucestershire.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to provide high-quality support to our service users in their own homes. As a Clinical Care Assistant, you will be part of a close-knit team that works together to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team, including clinicians such as Physiotherapists and Nurses, to provide ongoing clinical activities such as nursing tasks, rehabilitation, recovery, and support with daily routines and personal care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a range of delegated clinical, therapy & nursing led activities to support the service users on the Integrated Network Team caseload.
  • Provide safe, patient-centred, and effective clinical activities in the community setting.
  • Work within adult services to deliver a full range of healthcare activities.
  • Be able and willing to travel throughout the service delivery geographical area.
