Neuropsychiatric Care Assistant Leader

We are seeking an experienced Neuropsychiatric Care Assistant Leader to join our team at Cygnet Brunel in Bristol. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to our care assistants and contributing to the delivery of exceptional care and rehabilitation services.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including free parking, free meals for staff on duty, and a group pension plan.
In this role, you will work closely with our clinical lead therapists to develop and implement care plans that promote the physical and emotional well-being of our service users. You will also have the opportunity to participate in service development and contribute to the growth and success of our team.
