Special Needs Learning Facilitator

Academics Ltd is seeking a Special Needs Learning Facilitator to join their team in Salisbury. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work with pupils who have autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties, providing them with the support and guidance they need to thrive.
The successful candidate will have a Psychology or Criminology background, allowing them to apply their understanding of developmental delay, atypical behavior, neurodiversity, and mental health in a practical setting. They will work closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement strategies that cater to the unique needs of each pupil.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored support programs to meet the individual needs of each pupil
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective lesson plans
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Psychology or Criminology degree
- Passion for working with children with additional learning needs
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £80-£90 per day
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
