Dialysis Clinic Management Position

Salary Estimate: £43,500 - £48,800 per annum
This exciting opportunity requires a qualified and experienced Dialysis Nurse to manage a modern Dialysis Clinic in Salisbury, Wiltshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and implementing effective management strategies to drive clinic performance.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Develop and implement effective management strategies to improve clinic performance.
- Plan and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Supervise, train, and support a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Requirements:
- NMC registration as a registered nurse.
- A post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
- Valid NMC pin without restrictions or conditions.
- At least 5 years' experience as a Renal Dialysis Nurse in the UK.
