Renal Nursing Manager Position

Salary Estimate: £43,500 - £48,800 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renal Nursing Manager to join our team and lead our Dialysis Clinic in Salisbury, Wiltshire. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and driving clinic performance through effective management strategies.

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
  • Develop and implement effective management strategies to improve clinic performance.
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Supervise, train, and support a team of healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • NMC registration as a registered nurse.
  • A post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
  • Valid NMC pin without restrictions or conditions.
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Renal Dialysis Nurse in the UK.
