A passionate and experienced Dialysis Nurse is sought for a Clinic Manager position within a modern Dialysis Clinic in Salisbury, Wiltshire. The team prioritizes high-quality care and patient relationships. The clinic offers excellent facilities.
- Full operational and clinic management of the clinic with a focus on quality outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
- Implement continuous improvement activities at clinic and management levels.
- Effective financial management including budget planning and cost control.
- Supervise, train, and support staff.
Salary Estimate: £43,500 - £48,800 per annum

About the RoleThis exciting opportunity requires a qualified and experienced Dialysis Nurse to manage a modern Dialysis Clinic in Salisbury, Wiltshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and implementing effective management strategies to drive clinic performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth delivery of services and maintenance of high-quality patient care.
- Clinic Management: Develop and implement effective management strategies to improve clinic performance, patient outcomes, and staff engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Staff Management: Supervise, train, and support a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- NMC registration as a registered nurse.
- A post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
- Valid NMC pin without restrictions or conditions.
- At least 5 years' experience as a Renal Dialysis Nurse in the UK.
