Dialysis Support Associate Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, providing exceptional care to patients undergoing haemodialysis treatment. As a Dialysis Support Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting registered nurses in the delivery of planned healthcare within the dialysis unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with their daily needs, including feeding and turning.
  • Support patients with their physical, psychological, and social needs.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience in healthcare, preferably in a renal setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including shifts and weekends.
