Aerocare Sales Executive

About the Role:
Aerocare Aviation Services is a specialized provider of aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) solutions. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to expand our client base, drive revenue growth, and enhance our market position.
This is a challenging role that requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key accounts. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of aviation products and services, as well as excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary package including a basic salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as private healthcare, life cover, income protection, and a cycle to work scheme.
Job Description:
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the aviation sector.
- Develop and execute a sales plan that aligns with Aerocare's strategic objectives.
- Forecast sales goals, set performance targets, and monitor progress to meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in a similar role.
- A deep understanding of aviation products and services.
- Familiarity with MRO services is highly desirable.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
